UFC 225 Whittaker Vs Romero 2 Betting Odds

UFC Betting Online: UFC 225 takes place on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at the United Center in Chicago, IL.

The principal card airs live on pay-per-view starting 9 p.m. ET. Middleweight champion Robert Whittaker (19-4, 9 KOs, 5 SUBs) will defend his title in a rematch with Yoel Romero (13-2, 11 KOs) in the main event. Bet on UFC chances and get the latest previews, predictions and selections at BookMaker.eu.
Two championship conflicts are booked for UFC 225 at Chicago on June 9, setting up one of the superior pay-per-view cards to the year.
At the main event, middleweight champion Robert Whittaker defends his strap at a rematch against Yoel Romero, who knocked out Luke Rockhold to earn the challenge. The very first time they met, Whittaker outboxed the dangerous Romero for five rounds to claim the interim belt. The young Aussie was later installed as the undisputed champ after GSP vacated the buckle.
As most of us know, Romero is one of the most explosive athletes to grace the octagon, and any time he is on his toes is just one where he could author a brutal finish. However, Bobby Knuckles has come to be a stellar tactician, and his excellent boxing has become an issue that contenders can not resolve.
From the co-main, Rafael dos Anjos will meet Colby Covington for its interim welterweight title. Covington has been making lots of headlinesdoing a poor impression of Chael Sonnen to trash talk his way into big fights. It is working, but he has rapidly become the most despised fighter on roster. His current announcements about Brazil should provide Rafael dos Anjos lots of inspiration to shut up Covington.
Also on the card is bantamweight No. 1 contender Joe Benavidez, two-time strawweight title challenger Claudia Gadelha, heavyweight title challenger Alistair Overeem, former heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski and former light heavyweight champion Rashad Evans. Just to top it off, CM Punk will struggle in his hometown for his second ace MMA bout.
Have a peek at the star-studded card, and log to the sportsbook to see the current chances – we have got UFC chances from BookMaker.eu if they have already been published. During fight week, be sure to check for odds on every scrap and comprehensive gambling previews.
Lineup (Subject to Change)
Main Event, Middleweight Championship – Robert Whittaker -190 vs. Yoel Romero +158
Co-Main Event, Interim Welterweight Championship – Rafael dos Anjos vs. Colby Covington
Welterweight – CM Punk +200 vs. Mike Jackson -280
Flyweight – Joe Benavidez vs. Sergio Pettis
Women’s Strawweight – Claudia Gadelha vs. Carla Esparza
Heavyweight – Alistair Overeem vs. Curtis Blaydes
Light Heavyweight – Rashad Evans vs. Anthony Smith
Heavyweight – Andrei Arlovski vs. Tai Tuivasa
Featherweight – Mike Santiago vs. Dan Ige
What to Watch For
Robert Whittaker will make his first title defense against the man he beat to win the title. While he’s the big favorite coming in, counting out somebody as dangerous as Romero is just plain dumb. Keep your eyes on Romero’s price, as coming anyplace close to +200 would be an excellent prospect.

MMA ODDS AND ENDS FOR THURSDAY: UFC BOOKS GAETHJE VS. BARBOZA, BLAYDES VS. WILLIS

A pair of high profile bouts from the UFC lightweight and heavyweight divisions have been added to forthcoming fight cards, and I will give my initial thoughts on these new matchups in the current MMA odds and ends.
Justin Gaethje vs. Edson Barboza, UFC Fight Night 148
An exciting lightweight connection between strikers Justin Gaethje and Edson Barboza has been targeted for UFC Fight Night 148, which takes place March 23 at Bridgestone Arena at Nashville, Tennessee. Farah Hannoun broke the information, though ESPN’s Brett Okamoto reported that the struggle may occur at UFC Fight Night 149 another week in Philadelphia. Either way, it looks like this struggle will take place, which is fantastic news for MMA fans as it pits among the very dangerous and exciting strikers from the lightweight division against each other.
Gaethje (19-2) is 2-2 so much in the UFC but has become a household name to MMA fans due to his ability to put on an remarkable show. He has already racked up five bonus awards, including three”Fight of the Night” awards and two”Performance of the Night” awards, including a bonus for his KO over James Vick past August. He has been prone to being knocked out at the UFC as he lost to Dustin Poirier and Eddie Alvarez, but as he demonstrated against Vick and Michael Johnsonhe has incredible knockout power himself. Barboza (20-6) is 14-6 overall at the UFC and in his last fight he place about the 2018″Beatdown of the Year” for his brutal TKO win over Dan Hooker. Barboza is famous for his deadly leg kicks and amazing knockout power, but such as Gaethje he has been prone to this knockout as well.
This looks like an wonderful battle on newspaper, and the fact it is set for five rounds is just enormous. Both men are terrific fighters and I am expecting a close gaming lineup. At this point, it looks like close to a Pick Celtics struggle, but thinking about how great Barboza looked in his last fight he may find more assistance from bettors due to recency bias.
Curtis Blaydes vs. Justin Willis, UFC Fight Night 148
A heavyweight matchup involving Curtis Blaydes and Justin Willis is also set for UFC Fight Night 148. FloCombat’s Nolan King broke the news. Blaydes (10-2, 1 NC) is 5-2, 1 NC at the UFC and in his final fight suffered a brutal knockout loss to Francis Ngannou. He’d won four straight fights before that, though, like a TKO over Alistair Overeem, and may easily get back to the heavyweight title talks with another few wins. Willis (8-1) is 4-0 in the UFC and in his final fight picked up the biggest win of his career to date over Mark Hunt. The problem with Willis has been that he has not shown off considerably completing ability from the UFC, and his wrestling is likely to be negated in this matchup against Blaydes. It’s heavyweight so you can not ever count out anyone, but on paper this seems like Blaydes’ fight to win and I expect him to be a solid favorite as soon as the chances come out.

Atlanta Hawks

Vegas Over/Under: 25.5

Fromal’s Record Projection: 24-58 The Bet: Beneath with confidence Try to name the Atlanta Hawks’ five players after Paul Millsap and Dwight Howard’s offseason departures. It’s not the simplest of tasks. That would be OK in the event the franchise that has made the playoffs each of the previous 10 seasons were overflowing with talent, instead of the current situation that is rather conducive to the dreaded”t” word.
Dennis Schroder is part of the mix, in addition to newly acquired big man Dewayne Dedmon. However, who else? Kent Bazemore, Ersan Ilyasova and Taurean Prince? Will Marco Belinelli or even Luke Babbitt be in the mix if they can keep shooting as they did with the Charlotte Hornets and Miami Heat, respectively? Are we already prepared to throw John Collins to the equation?
This Atlanta roster may have some upside down, but it is almost entirely devoid of recognized talent. Even the leading pieces have question marks, because Schroder hasn’t served as the unquestioned leader of a group, Dedmon has yet to play over 17.5 minutes per game and Bazemore is coming from a disappointing effort.
Talent wins out in the NBA, and the Hawks do not have enough of it–or sufficient motivation to avert the bottom of the Eastern Conference–to push the 26 wins essential for the over bet.

NASCAR at Watkins Glen Vegas picks and predictions 2018: Fade Kyle Busch, back Clint Bowyer in GoBowling at The Glen

GoBowling at The Glen gets underway Sunday at 3 p.m. ET on the historic road course at Watkins Glen. Kyle Busch is the Vegas favored, getting 3-1 NASCAR. Kevin Harvick and Martin Truex Jr. are each 4-1, with nobody closer than 8-1. You have to see exactly what Micah Roberts must say before you lock in your 2018 NASCAR at Watkins Glen picks.

Roberts was the first to offer expanded NASCAR betting. Now he hands winners out to his followers.

Roberts was over Busch last week at Pocono, pointing to not only his 26 career starts at the trail, but in addition his motivation to win following a late bump from Harvick per week earlier. Busch rallied for the flag from the 28th position.

Before this season, Roberts was all-in on Harvick in the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 despite two other motorists using the exact same field-leading odds. The result: Harvick dominated, resulting in 181 of 325 laps and cruising to victory by 2.69 seconds.

Also this season, Roberts was high on Clint Bowyer at the STP 500, where he snapped his 190-race winless streak. And in the Food City 500he stated Busch”owned” Bristol and would come off with the checkered flag — he rallied to complete only .63 seconds before Kyle Larson for the checkered flag.

In the 2017 playoffs, Roberts picked nine of the 10 winners. That was no fluke: In 2016, he advised readers to rear Denny Hamlin at 15-1 at the Daytona 500. The result: Hamlin edged Truex Jr. for the checkered flag. That year, roberts also pinpointed Hamlin to succeed at Watkins Glen.

Now, he has analyzed the 2018 GoBowling at the Glen field, NASCAR’s next road-track stop this season, from every possible angle and secured in his picks. You can view his projected leaderboard in SportsLine.

We can tell you he’s not picking Busch to win NASCAR in Watkins Glen 2018 even though four road-course drops under his belt, tops among all active drivers.

One driver Roberts is high on: Bowyer, who’s getting 12-1 odds for Watkins Glen.

BIG MARLEY’S UFC 236 DRAFTKINGS FANTASY BREAKDOWN

This weekend, we have a PPV card in Atlanta. DraftKings has some strong contests for us to win a lot of money from this week and that I can’t wait to chase these huge prizes. The most important GPP is a $15 buy and $30k belongs to 1st place with a total of $150k being paid out. They also have a new Qualifier for $175,000. There’ll be 100 qualifiers for that contest and they will compete for a $50k first place cost and that $175k will be spread out between all 100 admissions that qualify. I will attempt to receive my 2nd and 3rd seats this week if possible. Those Qualifier only competitions can be actual bankroll suckers therefore be careful chasing those too hard. I’ll probably stick to the top GPP this week and throw 100 or so entries at the $30k prize, and then I will probably have a few shots at the Q. I will also be publishing H2Hs as well as picking up H2Hs through the week to get a good amount of play into money games.
With that said, let’s get to a couple plays I like this week Together with my fade of this week:
Money Game play of this week — STACK — Max Holloway $9,100 and Dustin Poirier $7,100
This was the first thing I did when wages were released. I put these two fighters in my cash lineup and I started building out there. I anticipate this to be among the greatest fights of all time and I think we get ~200 complete DK points from this fight, plus the guaranteed win. I am okay with taking the loss when I can guarantee myself over 100 issues with the stack, but I think 150 is a secure projection for this struggle and if we can lock up 3 other wins we should win the vast majority of our cash games. As I always saywe don’t want 6 wins for cash games so there is really no need to pursue it. Only lock in a secure lineup which you believe will score over 400 total points and you should win more H2Hs than you lose.
GPP drama of this week — Nikita Krylov — $8,200
Krylov is my GPP play of the week since he’s the definition of bust or boom. He loses or scores over 100 DK points. That’s what we desire in GPPs. This is not a confident choice in him winning it is just a shot at his ceiling that is what we look for in the huge GPPs where we are attempting to win the best $30k prize. Krylov has finished all 24 of his wins and he’s just seen the 3rd around once in his career. This is a great fight to target on either side, but I am taking Krylov for the win and I will have a fantastic amount of vulnerability to this weekend.
Underdog drama of this week — Dustin Poirier — $7,100
I needed to put Poirier here. I love his floor and I think he is a live underdog. But IF he wins, he will 100% end up about the 1st place lineup in his 7.1k price-tag. He is likely to score over 100 DK points when he is able to get a victory here and that is what we are chasing in GPPs. Even in the event that you think Max will dominate Poirier that I think you should have 1 hedge lineup using Poirier, which is an all-in fight for me. Every lineup I build will start with Dustin or Max and I will go on out there. Load up on this battle and make sure you find any Poirier exposure.
Fade of the week — Boston Salmon ($8,600)
It was tough to pick a fade of this week this week since I think you can make an argument for rostering everyone. I wanted to choose a popular though and I think the favored with among those reduced ceilings is Salmon. I’m picking him to win but he won’t be going for almost any takedowns and if he does not get a finish that he likely does not pay off his $8.6k price tag. I need at least 10x (86-points) if I am rostering someone and I don’t see him unless he gets a knockout. Taha is hard so I really don’t see the knockout occurring. I think Salmon does get a unanimous decision win here but it probably scores in the 70’s which won’t win us the large $30k. That’s why he is my fade of this week.
Thank you for reading this and good luck this weekend! If You’d like my own full-card breakdown where I breakdown every struggle on the card and provide my complete DraftKings analysis, in Addition to all my pick predictions, then you’ll find that for just $7.99 at this link below:
(Premium bets are offered at that link as well. I’m 66-41 for +220.23un (+$22,023) since May 19th on Premium Plays)

SILVA/BELFORT MAIN EVENT RUMORED FOR UFC 197

It has been the discussion at office water heaters for weeks now that the main occasion for March’s UFC 197 at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil could be a rematch between Brazilian middleweights Anderson”The Spider” Silva and”The Phenom” Vitor Belfort. Their first bout took place at UFC 126 nearly five decades ago, in which Silva succesfully defended his UFC middleweight title with a front-kick knockout of Belfort, ultimately recording arguably the most used highlight in UFC history. The news of the rematch will get fight fans giddy with enthusiasm. So much so that it becomes easy to block out their recent legal issues. Silva last saw action 10 weeks ago, where he defeated Nick Diaz via unanimous decision on the judges’ scorecards. The consequence of this five circular main event bout was turned into a No Contest, when the former UFC middleweight champion tested positive for getting drostanolone and androsterone within his or her system. Having served his suspension,”The Spider” is prepared to make his return to the Octagon and saying is he has found himself a fight. This rematch will come after a rubbermatch for Belfort, who’s coming from a first round knockout of Dan Henderson, which took place just weeks ago at UFC Fight Night 77 in Brazil. It was an impressive way for”The Phenom” to go back to the win column after a failed bid at present winner Chris Weidman and his gold, and with another impressive victory over”The Spider” in this rematch, he would surely make a case to get a rematch with the winner of UFC 194’s Weidman vs Rockhold. The rumored UFC 197 main event is widely talked about, mostly in part due to UFC President Dana White acknowledging that Silva vs Belfort II is the next fight he wants to book to both veteran 185-pounders. The night’s co-headliner was rumored to be a middleweight match-up between Lyoto Machida and Michael Bisping, but that has been demonstrated not to be the situation whenever the Michael Bisping vs Gegard Mousasi match-up was announced earlier this week. The two will go to war in the principal event for February’s UFC Fight Night 83 in Bisping’s garden of London. Brazilian fighters That Are not currently reserved for fights we could see about the UFC 197 fight card are Thomas de Almeida, Glover Teixeira, Iuri Alcantara, Thales Leites, Rani Yahya, Alan Patrick, Kevin Souza, Leandro Silva, Hacran Dias, John Lineker, Valmir Lazaro, Michel Prazeres, Erick Silva, Bigfoot Silva, Thiago Tavares, Godofredo Pepey, Roan Carneiro, Pedro Munhoz and Thiago Alves.
